COVID REORGANIZATION

KEY DELIVERY

Our guests know that we like human relationships and have a chat on arrival but we respect social distancing where possible ... We will be able to speak by phone or via whatsapp!

  • CAVALESE AND MEZZEGRA - it will be possible to recover the keys with the box code outside the home, the code will be provided by email together with the indications for arrival
  • MILANO INGANNI - personal key collection is provided if you arrive by car or taxi, from September 2020 it will be possible to recover the keys independently at a key delivery point only if you arrive by public transport, it will be necessary to tell us how you reach the apartment so that we can organize in time and give you the correct key recovery information.
  • MILANO BANDE NERE - you will be given the code for the gate and the entrance door before your arrival (this new apartment will be available from September 2020)

The access codes will be provided after online check in

The online check-in can be done at any time after booking and at least within 3 days before your arrival, if you have already been our guest unless otherwise indicated it will not be necessary to redo the check-in

THE DATA WE NEED TO REGISTER ALL THE GUESTS AND WILL BE AVAILABLE TO THE COMPETENT AUTHORITIES, WE WILL SEND THE DATA TO THE AREA AUTHORITIES


TOURIST TAX

The payment of the tourist tax must be made online at least 3 days before your arrival by PAYPAL RECHARGE or BANK TRANSFER directly to the owner Gianguido Pasini, a few days before your arrival the amount to be recharged will be sent to you, if the guests are exempt from payment of the tourist tax must send us via email or photo with e-mail or whatsapp the following form completed (exemption cases are reported directly on the form) together with a copy of the identification documents

CLEANING AND SANITIZATION

TO ALLOW THE CORRECT SANITATION OF THE ENVIRONMENTS, WE ASK YOU TO RESPECT THE CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES INDICATED ON THE RESERVATION

opening external doors and windows to increase air circulation in the space before starting to clean and disinfect

DISINFECTANTS USED

use of all products registered by the Environmental Protection Agency, the US agency for the protection of the environment, as well as detergent solutions with diluted household bleach or alcohol at least 70%, effective against coronavirus

particular attention to the most frequently touched surfaces, such as light switches, door knobs, remote controls and tap mixers

we have provided our sanitation staff with a check list of all surfaces so as not to forget anything!
