Nice apartment of 65 square meters, located in a quiet area of the building away from street noise, 20 meters from the entrance to the M1 INGANNI subway stop.
Living room with double sofa bed and smart TV, kitchen complete with appliances and coffee area and a spacious double bedroom that can accommodate a third single bed or a cot for babies if necessary. The bathroom, just renovated with fine tiles, is completed with a shower and a large cabinet complete with washing machine.
Wi.fi present throughout the apartment.
Maximum capacity 5 adults: 1 double bed + 1 single or 1 cot in the bedroom and 1 double sofa bed in the living room.
Bed linen, towels and courtesy kit included.
